Personal Injury Lawyer in Alameda County, California
Attorney Kevin D. Taguchi brings nearly 30 years of experience to injured people throughout the Bay Area and across Northern California. A former Alameda County Deputy District Attorney, Kevin has focused his practice primarily on personal injury since opening his private practice in 1990. Over the last 27 years, he has personally litigated more than one hundred trials. Kevin was the recipient of Bay TV’s “Viewer Choice” award in 2010.
In his years in practice, Kevin has earned a reputation for aggressive, no-nonsense advocacy for his clients. Kevin places a premium on personal communication, often answering the phone himself. He understands that most folks work during the day, so he offers flexible appointment hours, often meeting with clients in the evening or on the weekend.
Kevin understands that his clients have needs other than just legal counsel. He’s connected to a network of professionals, including doctors and chiropractors, so that he can ensure that clients get more than compensation—they get better, so that they can live richer and fuller lives. He and his outstanding staff take will handle all matters related to your claim, from the investigation of your accident to the preparation and filing of all necessary paperwork. He’s well-known and respected by his colleagues in the legal profession, as well as the judges throughout the Bar area.
A graduate of UCLA, with a B.A. in economics, Kevin lettered on the Bruins’ crew team and also played collegiate volleyball. He obtained his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1986.
